SHIPPING POLICY

How It Works

Every Happy Pages coloring book is custom-made just for you. When you place an order, your uploaded photos are processed and your book is printed on demand at one of our fulfillment partner's global production facilities, then shipped directly to your door.

Production Time

Because your book is printed to order, there is a production period before shipping. Normal production time is 3 to 5 business days from when your order is accepted. During high-demand periods (such as holidays), production may take slightly longer.

Hardcover books may require additional production time due to the binding and curing process.

Shipping Methods and Estimated Transit Times

Multiple shipping options are available at checkout. Estimated transit times vary by destination and the method you select. Please note that all delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Express and Expedited delivery methods deliver Monday through Friday only.

Where We Ship

We ship to most countries worldwide. However, we are currently unable to ship to the following countries and territories: Belarus, Central African Republic, Comoros, Cuba, Equatorial Guinea, Falkland Islands, Guinea-Bissau, Iran, Kiribati, Myanmar, Nauru, Niue, North Korea, the Crimea region, Russia, Saint Helena, Saint Pierre and Miquelon, São Tomé and Príncipe, Sierra Leone, Solomon Islands, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Tajikistan, Tokelau, Turkmenistan, Tuvalu, Ukraine, Venezuela, and Yemen.

Shipping to U.S. P.O. Boxes

For U.S. orders shipping to a P.O. Box, please select a USPS shipping method (Mail or Priority). Ground, Expedited, and Express shipping cannot be used for P.O. Box addresses.

Military and Diplomatic Addresses (APO/FPO/DPO)

For military and diplomatic addresses, you must select a USPS shipping method. Please make sure the country selected at checkout is United States of America. Allow additional transit time for these shipments.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, local customs and immigration agencies may assess duties or taxes on packages arriving from outside the destination country. These additional fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Happy Pages is not responsible for any customs charges or delays.

Tracking Your Order

Once your book has been printed and packaged, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (if a traceable shipping method was selected). Please allow up to 48 hours after receiving your shipping notification for tracking information to appear in the carrier's system.

Possible Delays

Incorrect delivery addresses, customs delays, natural disasters, delivery restrictions, and other factors beyond our control may delay your order. Orders affected by such circumstances may take up to 6 weeks to arrive. Happy Pages is not responsible for delays outside of our control.

For shipments outside the continental United States (including Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories), please allow additional transit time.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination, the shipping method you select, and the specifications of your order.

One Address Per Order

Each order can only be shipped to a single address. If you need to ship to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each.
