RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Happy Pages ("we," "us," or "our"). Because every product we create is a one-of-a-kind, custom-made item produced specifically from your uploaded images, we are unable to accept returns, offer exchanges, or issue refunds once an order has been placed and accepted.

Why We Cannot Offer Returns or Refunds

Each coloring book is individually produced using the photos you provide. From the moment your order is accepted, your images are processed and your book is manufactured to your unique specifications. Because of this, your finished product cannot be resold or reused.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, with a printing defect, or with an error caused by our production process (not related to the quality of the photos you uploaded), please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will review your claim and, at our discretion, may offer a replacement copy.

To report a damaged or defective product, please email us at info@thehappypages.com with your order number and photos showing the issue.

Important Notes

  • We are not responsible for quality issues resulting from low-resolution, blurry, or otherwise unsuitable images uploaded by the customer. Our system will attempt to flag unsuitable images before processing, but final image quality depends on what you provide.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
  • We do not offer refunds for dissatisfaction with how a photo translates into coloring book line art, as this is an inherent part of the artistic conversion process.
