Social Feature Consent

Thanks for saying yes! 💛 Here's exactly what you're agreeing to, in plain language. By ticking the box and submitting the form, you agree to the following.

1. What you're giving us permission to do — You give Happy Pages permission to photograph, film, record, reproduce, adapt (for example, coloring a copy of a page from your book), publish, and share that content (the "Feature Content") on our social media (including Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook), our website, and in our marketing. Feature Content may include video of us packing your order, images of your finished book and its cover, and the illustrated coloring pages created from the photos you submitted.

2. Your original photos stay private — We will not publish, sell, or share the original photographs you uploaded. Only the illustrated coloring-book artwork created from them — and images of your physical order — may appear, unless you specifically ask us to share an original photo.

3. You confirm you have the right to say yes — You confirm that the photos you submitted are yours to use, that you have permission from everyone who appears in them, and that if anyone in the photos is under the age of majority, you are their parent or legal guardian and you give this consent on their behalf.

4. How we'll credit you — We'll only identify you by the first name and/or Instagram handle you give us — never your full name, email, or order details. Leave those blank if you'd rather stay anonymous.

5. It's free and completely optional — Being featured is optional and free. You won't be paid, and choosing not to opt in never affects your order or delivery.

6. This permission continues — but you can change your mind anytime — You can withdraw at any time by emailing info@thehappypages.com. We'll stop using your Feature Content going forward and remove it from our own channels where reasonably possible.

7. Your privacy — We handle your information in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws, including Quebec's Law 25. You can ask us to access or delete your personal information at any time at info@thehappypages.com.

8. The essentials — This permission is granted to CHALLENGER BRANDS CLUB INC. (operating as Happy Pages), 1205 Rue Shearer, Montreal, QC, Canada, on a royalty-free, worldwide basis, and is governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada.
